  • We are a boutique cleaning service. For this reason, the quality and consistency of our cleans are in our control. We offer good value cleans and we use the best equipment and products that are safe for the whole family including pets.

  • This depends on a number of factors including the size and condition of your home and whether you have added any extras to your clean. Through experience, we believe we offer fair prices for each job. One of the reasons we do not charge by the hour is because we are not finished until the job is done.

  • For smaller jobs, one cleaner is often enough. For larger properties, there will be two cleaners.

  • We will always bring our own equipment and products. We are confident in our products and equipment and this ensures the best possible clean.

  • We love pets. All of our cleaners are comfortable around pets. If you think your pet could impact the quality or duration of the cleaning, we kindly ask that you put your dog or cat somewhere safe whilst the cleaning takes place.

  • One of the benefits of being a boutique cleaning service means we offer that personal touch. You will know the name of the cleaner before the job. For peace of mind, all of our cleaners are police checked and hold first aid certificates.

  • Yes, we are fully insured and have public liability cover up to

    $10 000 000.

  • You can pay cash, bank transfer, or direct deposit on the day the cleaning takes place.

    Anything that cannot be reached from a small step ladder

  • Not at all. 90% of our clients are not home when the cleaning takes place. You can provide us with a set of keys or an access code so that we can enter your home whilst you go about your day as normal. Keys and access codes are kept secure at all times. For the first clean ,our cleaners arrive 10-15 minutes prior to starting so they can introduce themselves and have a walk through your property with you incase you have any questions or specific instructions.

  • If a cleaning job is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, a 50% cancellation fee is applicable.

    If cancelled on the day of the clean, the full fee for the clean will be charged.

    if cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled clean, no fee will be charged.
